All collocation services include the following per server:

• 20 GB of monthly traffic
• 1 power outlet (up to 2 amps / 250 watts)
• 1 gigabit switched Ethernet port
• 8 IP addresses (all usable addresses)
• DNS services for up to 10 domains

Let our staff take over the burden of managing your Windows or Unix server. Under our Managed Collocation Service our highly trained staff will:

• watch for and apply new Microsoft or Unix patches and hot fixes
• apply patches for other products installed on your server
• maintain regular backups of your server
• reboot your server and recycle services as needed to maintain the operation of your server
• respond to operational failures 24/7/365 to ensure maximum up-time of your server

Managed collocation services include all services from standard collocation plus:

• up to 3 hours per server of preventative maintenance and support per month
• servers are monitored 24x7 with automated service failure recovery when possible
• regular daily incremental and weekly full backups of the servers (up to 10 GB of data)
• 24/7/365 support to reboot your server or recycle services in the event of a service failure
• remote reboot service
